Take the Hudson Line to University Heights. After you exit the station, walk east on Fordham Road (away from the water). You will see a gas station up ahead. Walk past it and take the next right, onto Cedar Avenue. Proceed south on Cedar Avenue for about one block, and you will see a stairway on your left that goes through University Woods Park. Walk up the stairway, and you will find yourself at Sedgwick Avenue and Hall of Fame Terrace. Proceed straight ahead on Hall of Fame Terrace for one block and you will see the entrance to Bronx Community College on your right.

To ride the Bx12 Select Bus Service, insert $2.75 in coins (no pennies) or a MetroCard into one of the fare machines at the bus stop. The machine will print out a receipt that you should keep while you are on the bus. When the bus arrives, just enter the bus through any door. You've paid your fare already, so there's no need to pay when you board the bus. While you are riding the bus, if MTA fare inspectors happen to ask you for proof that you paid your fare, just show them the receipt.
