Course Goals: Understanding of concepts of limits, rates of change, differentiation and anti-differentiation of algebraic functions, integrals etc; Ability to apply calculus to problems both within and outside of mathematics
Prerequisite: MTH 30 or equivalent, and RDL 02 if required.
Text: Calculus: Early Transcendentals (Ninth Edition) by Stewart et al., Cengage Learning. ISBN 978-1337613927 Students who do not need Math 33 may use Single Variable Calculus: Early Transcendentals (Ninth Edition) by Stewart et al., Cengage Learning. ISBN 978-0357022269 (Any earlier edition is fine.)

Attendance policy: Please try not to miss any class.
Homework: We will be using Webwork for homework. Expect homework to be due most Mondays.
Quizzes: Quizzes will be given online. Make-up quizzes will not be offered.
Final Exam: The final exam date/time will be announced later in the semester.
