Course Goals: Proficiency in operations with real and complex numbers, function concept, coordinate geometry, linear and quadratic equations, systems of equations, geometry, elements of trigonometry 


Prerequisite: None. Students with Math Proficiency Index less than 40 are strongly encouraged to enroll in Math Start or CUNY Start, before taking college-level mathematics courses.

Attendance policy: Please try not to miss any class.

 

Homework: We will be using Webwork for homework.

 

Quizzes: Quizzes will be given online. Make-up quizzes will not be offered. 

 

Final Exam:  To pass this course you need 60 or above for the final exam.
